What Is Realty Streem?
Realty Streem is an all-new platform designed to bring home buying entirely online. Several parts of the process already exist from docusign to online loan approvals, but no one houses it all-in-one under an easy to use app.
How did we market this?
Realty Streem's target audience is first time homebuyers in the Atlanta area. In order to reach this segment we focused heavily on organic TikTok content, which paid off in multitudes once we started going viral (1M+ views/video). Direct traffic from TikTok became our #1 traffic source.

By focusing on a storyboard based off Atlanta points of interests, neighborhood attractions, and product advantages, we were able to drive high funnel traffic into our site to improve domain authority, retarget with social media advertising, and convert with an aggressive SEM strategy designed to outbid the lowest funnel leads in the market.
Who were our core demo
Using my bilingual advantage, I was able to create Spanish SEO pages that drove the highest number of organic entrances to the site. Doubling down on our valuable data, we were able to drive down our CPL by implementing Spanish social media campaigns that converted into first time online home buyers.
